Prepare and validate your monthly GSA sales reporting file for the FAS Sales Reporting Portal (SRP), including Transactional Data Reporting (TDR).
MAS Refresh 31 made TDR mandatory on every MAS SIN, including around 112 service SINs that were exempt before. It reaches your contract as mass modification A909, and the quarter you accept in decides your first reporting month — does this apply to me?
Service reporting is supported: map the labor category or service description, hours and rate; product-only fields such as manufacturer and part number stay blank.
This service runs on Fly.io in Ashburn, Virginia, United States. No account needed. No row limit; 16 MB per file. The file is held in memory for thirty minutes and never written to disk.

Check
Your export goes in as it comes out of your system. Columns are matched to the official template, then every row is read against the template's own rules and against arithmetic. What fails is named by column, with the row numbers attached.
Confirm
Errors have to be cleared. Warnings are yours to judge: they are rows that are likely to be rejected but do not breach anything written in the template. You confirm the reporting month and the contract the file belongs to, and see the totals you are about to report.
Submit
You download the official workbook with your rows written into it — the same file GSA publishes, byte for byte, except for the sheet that holds your data. You upload it to the Sales Reporting Portal yourself. For a month with no sales, one click records the contract and period and gives you the exact Form Entry step.
An error and a warning never look alike
Issues are grouped by column and counted, so you fix a column once rather than a row at a time. What blocks the filing is marked in ink; what merely might be rejected is marked with a hairline, and says so.
Not a number. The template accepts a decimal figure only — n/a, blanks and currency symbols are rejected on upload.
Does not equal quantity times unit price. 25 × 96.00 = 2,400.00, and the file states 2,304.00. If freight is included in Total Price, distribute it across the units in Price Paid per Unit so the two figures reconcile.
Not found in your contract catalogue. It may still be accepted; the template does not list permitted names.
Reads EA. where every other row reads EA. Nothing in the template forbids the full stop.
The difference, stated once
Demonstrably against the template file or against arithmetic. We can point at the rule. No file is built while one stands.
Likely to be rejected on the far side, but not written anywhere in the template. We say so plainly rather than dressing a guess as a rule.
