If the Sales Reporting Portal rejects a file we built, that month is free. Every workbook we hand you is the official GSA template with exactly one part replaced — the data sheet. The build fails if anything else inside it differs. We know that risk better than you do, which is why we can put a month behind it and a spreadsheet cannot.
Your calendar can handle dates. The subscription remembers the work.
The validator is free and stays free: upload an export, see every error and download the finished official file. The subscription is for work that would otherwise repeat. It keeps the decisions you made while preparing the first report — which invoice column belongs in each SRP field, which values are fixed for the contract, and which known products or recurring service descriptions belong to it.
Month one teaches the account. Month two is an upload, a review of the exceptions and a download — not another setup.

Dali AI GmbH operates TDR Filer. Keep your original export and each downloaded workbook locally. TDR Filer prepares the file but does not submit it. If the service is unavailable near a filing date, use the official GSA template and Sales Reporting Portal directly. When the free validator is the better choice
If this is a one-off report, or your month contains only a handful of lines, use the free validator. The subscription is for a report that repeats every month, a catalogue that keeps coming back, or several contracts that should not be rebuilt from scratch. No minimum term, no setup fee, no per-line charge and no sales call.
